July 2010: Socrates Healthcare LTD are pleased to announce the incorporation of NCCP Breast Cancer electronic referral form into our GP software management system.

Within in our GP software management system, it is now possible to submit a breast cancer referral form once you have contacted The National Healthlink Project to organise a healthlink client certificate. Once submitted, the form will be sent to Healthlink and from there it will be passed onto the relevant breast team.

Right now you can refer patients to the following hospitals using Socrates GP edition version 1.6.0.0:
 

- Beaumont Hospital, Dublin 9

- Cork University Hospital, Wilton, Co Cork

- Galway University Hospital, Galway

- Mater University Hospital, Dublin 7

- St. James’s Hospital, Dublin 8

- St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin 4

- Waterford Regional Hospital
