At Socrates, we value each customer’s investment in your Socrates system and we believe a software system is only as good as the support infrastructure behind it. Hence we made it our initial design goal to create as comprehensive a support system as possible behind our product line.


Our support tools include:

  1. Help desk
    Our help desk is available to answer any queries you may have throughout the course of the day Monday-Friday from 08.00 to 17.30. We have six dedicated phone operators in our Sligo Office, who have cutting edge technologies available to them to serve you as quickly as possible, so as to enable you to return to performing your day-to-day healthcare tasks.   2. Tips and Tools
    Our Tips and Tools section of our website has been up and running now for a number of months. This page has proven to be of particular interest to many customers. We have recently added a post a question box to make it even easier for customers' to quickly post any questions they have regarding their software package. 
     
  3. Interactive Video Tutorial
    We provide step by step interactive video tutorials that take users through the fundamentals of performing a certain task within Socrates. For example if you wanted to know how to perform a task such as “How to add an appointment”, we have a step by step video showing you how to perform the task. The interactive video shows you mouse movements and keyboard clicks while also displaying a text box explaining what is happening in real time. This brings support to a new level. This allows users to take training sessions at a time and place that suits them.
