Socrates Training
Product training comes as standard with every purchase of Socrates software. The purchase price of our software includes 4 hours training for free. We can train at your surgery or at a rented location such as a local hotel meeting room, whichever is the most appropriate for the users.
However, we do ask that the surgery makes the same commitment to attending training as Technical Ideas makes to implement their training scheme. More time spent on the initial training with all staff members inevitably cuts down potential problems for the users in the near future.
We offer follow up training to existing or new staff members new to Socrates. Socrates ease of use means some staff members pick up Socrates without any training, which is a credit to the usability implemented in Socrates design.
