Pippo – now free for all users
Great news! We’re excited to share that our Patient GP Portal app Pippo is now completely free for everyone — forever.
That’s right, the previous monthly fee has been dropped, and you can now access all features at no cost. Clanwilliam are committed to making healthcare more accessible, and this is just one of the ways we’re doing it.
Our latest Pippo release has some cool new features:
Get Ready for Flu Season with Pre-Booking Questionnaires!
Our new Pre-Booking Questionnaire feature helps GP practices collect important patient information ahead of appointments—especially valuable during flu season when preparation is key. Practices can create custom forms with up to 20 questions, choosing from various field types like text, checkboxes, and more. These questionnaires are completed by patients during the booking process, ensuring clinicians have the right context before the consultation. All responses are securely saved in the patient’s file within the practice management system, making them easily accessible during the visit. With built-in tools for previewing, editing, and managing questionnaires, this feature streamlines workflows and supports better, more informed care.
Patient receipts and appointment Syncing on Pippo
We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature in our latest release! When enabled, all patient receipts—whether from online or offline appointments—are automatically synced to Pippo. Plus, every appointment is seamlessly synced to Pippo, giving patients the ability to review, edit, and manage their bookings with ease. This ensures a smoother, more transparent experience for both patients and providers.
