What an incredible morning.

To everyone who joined us at the Practice Management Conference 2026 — thank you. With over 250+ healthcare professionals, practice managers, clinicians, and partners in attendance, PMC 2026 was filled with energy, collaboration, innovation, and meaningful conversations from start to finish.

The conference brought together healthcare professionals from across Ireland to explore the evolving future of practice management through a series of engaging talks, live demonstrations, product showcases, and interactive sessions focused on the real challenges facing modern healthcare teams today.

The morning began with a welcome address from Eileen Byrne, setting the tone for a day centred around innovation, collaboration, and supporting practices through meaningful technology and smarter healthcare workflows.

Dr. Sean Higgins opened the main sessions with an insightful AI keynote, exploring the growing role of AI within healthcare and how intelligent technologies can help reduce administrative burden, support clinicians, and improve day-to-day efficiency within practices.

Sinead O’Neil from Centric Health introduced Pippo, sharing valuable perspectives around patient communication, digital engagement, and improving accessibility for patients through modern connected healthcare experiences. A special thank you to Sinead for sharing her experience and insights with attendees throughout the session.

Attendees also heard valuable discussions around MedLIS – the new integrated nationwide laboratory information system implemented by the HSE to manage patient tests — alongside presentations covering smarter billing systems, medication management, connected cloud technologies, and streamlined healthcare workflows through solutions including SureMed and Socrates Cloud. The sessions received an immensely positive response from attendees, with strong engagement and discussion throughout the day.

The afternoon masterclasses across Socrates, HPM, and HealthOne provided attendees with practical, hands-on learning opportunities and direct engagement with product experts, creating valuable space for discussion, collaboration, and shared learning among healthcare professionals.

Most importantly, PMC 2026 created an opportunity for healthcare professionals from across Ireland to come together — to connect, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and continue important conversations around the future of healthcare and practice management.
